Summer 2005 (Southwest)
|
This summer I
spent at the University of Arizona in Tucson assisting my friend David Kahrs with his thesis research of insect
predation on the Chiricahua Leopard Frog (Rana chiricahuensis).
We also spent our time herping and doing other field research as well. |

Here David is holding a Brown Vine Snake (Oxybelis aeneus).
Brown Vine Snakes barely enter the U.S. in southern Arizona and very
few are caught each year. We caught one while I was
there. |

This was my beast of a truck.
Here it is from 2 years prior at Guadalupe National Park, TX.
It has since hit a deer to build even more character.
